"When we were going through the shock of my dad's rapid decline into Hospice Care Heather stepped in as an advisor and helped our family navigate. Her perspective helped give us a full picture of options and different ways to get things accomplished. Her care and resources gave us such comfort. It was so appreciated." -Amber
"I did not like the idea of having to have a Power of Attorney and Health Care Agent. I felt like I was losing control of my life, but I was told I had to. I did not trust it or like it. 4 years later Heather has helped me through mental health crisis, surgeries, moving from one community to another, and recently the death of my husband who she also was helping. Heather has a gift of comfort and compassion I have never known. I do not know where I would be without her. She is such a blessing." -Paula
"Heather has helped me with so much. I had to go on Elderly Waiver after my husband passed and selling my home. I don't know what she all had to do because it was just too much for me. As my POA life has gotten easier for me in so many ways. I just do not know where I would be without her help. I appreciate her so much." - Nancy
"I have had the opportunity to work with Heather @ UR More Care Services for the past 2+ years while caring for an elderly family member. Heather always puts her clients first with her caring and thoughtfulness to ensure her clients get the respect they deserve. While at the same time, guiding family members through the elder care support network. I look forward to working with Heather in the years to come!" -Debbie D
“I wouldn't be living in my own home
without the help of UR more Care Services.”

“I had the opportunity to meet Heather from URMore Care Services when my father was is a care facility. My father wanted very much to come home. Through Heather's help and direction we were able to bring him home for a time with nursing care. The compassion she shows is outstanding. My father did pass, and she stepped in and helped us with the funeral, and many other areas. Her care goes above and beyond. She is now leading the care and direction for my mother who has dementia. She has a servants heart, is caring, and wants the best for each of her clients and their families. I recommend her highly to any and everyone. As the daughter of two parents who needed care, she stood by my side and helped lift the load. I was able know that my parents were getting the best care possible.”
"I don't remember my own name, but I remember that you hold my hand. Thank you for all that you do."
~Nancy, Age 83
"I'm glad that you are here and that I don't have to do this all alone."

"Thank you for caring for my mom."
A thousand thank yous for your chauffeuring service. You were very helpful as you provide transportation for needful clients who without your help would have a very difficult time getting to their medical appointments. I enjoyed the transportation service and was surprised with how much I learned in this venture. You were very helpful to me and I was surprised at how much I learned about the southwest Twin City area. I hope there will be more opportunities to work together.

My life goal was to stay in my home when I met Heather six years ago. She made a promise to me that she would keep me here and she has kept that promise. She has supplied rehab, rides to doctor appointments, food services, house cleaning, and groceries which are very important because I love chocolate and rootbeer. When we found out that I had cancer again she let me make my own choices and then stood by me. I am now getting nursing care, overnight care, and all the other things I need. Her team feels like family. Her mom even makes me flower arrangements. She is a gem. I have been blessed to call her and her team my friends. I had no family till they came into my life. I know I am not going to die alone and that I am loved.
