“I had the opportunity to meet Heather from URMore Care Services when my father was is a care facility. My father wanted very much to come home. Through Heather's help and direction we were able to bring him home for a time with nursing care. The compassion she shows is outstanding. My father did pass, and she stepped in and helped us with the funeral, and many other areas. Her care goes above and beyond. She is now leading the care and direction for my mother who has dementia. She has a servants heart, is caring, and wants the best for each of her clients and their families. I recommend her highly to any and everyone. As the daughter of two parents who needed care, she stood by my side and helped lift the load. I was able know that my parents were getting the best care possible.”

A thousand thank yous for your chauffeuring service. You were very helpful as you provide transportation for needful clients who without your help would have a very difficult time getting to their medical appointments. I enjoyed the transportation service and was surprised with how much I learned in this venture. You were very helpful to me and I was surprised at how much I learned about the southwest Twin City area. I hope there will be more opportunities to work together.

My life goal was to stay in my home when I met Heather six years ago. She made a promise to me that she would keep me here and she has kept that promise. She has supplied rehab, rides to doctor appointments, food services, house cleaning, and groceries which are very important because I love chocolate and rootbeer. When we found out that I had cancer again she let me make my own choices and then stood by me. I am now getting nursing care, overnight care,and all the other things I need. Her team feels like family. Her mom even makes me flower arrangements. She is a gem. I have been blessed to call her and her team my friends. I had no family till they came into my life. I know I am not going to die alone and that I am loved.
